Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
We are a proud Affiliate of the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association. Our Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Program teaches effective, proven self defense, against a larger, stronger, and more aggressive attacker. The classroom is designed to be warm and inviting, and allows for boys, girls, men, and women to learn and their own pace and become empowered with the best self defense system on the planet!
Kicking Cubs
Is our preschool karate program designed just for kids 4 to 6 years old.
This program teaches karate fundamentals,
fitness, balance, coordination, and has a strong life skills component, to develop skills like self control, responsibility, team work, respect, and self discipline during each and every class.
