SAVINGS PLAN

• Single Student Savings: $1,668 one-time payment (Check or Cash)

• Family Savings (2 members): $1,999 covers two family members. Add Additional Family Members: $250 Each

🟨 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Single Student Rate: $115 Per Week

• Inclusions: Pickup from school, homework help, and full access to Karate AND Jiu-Jitsu.

• Sibling / Additional Child: $99 per child after the first child.

  • Jenkins, Northview, Viewmont, or Oakwood

📋 ACADEMY POLICIES

• Cancellation: All plans require a 30-Day Notice to cancel. This must be done by submitting an autodraft termination form in person or via email to hickoryacademyfrontdesk@gmail.com.

• Auto-Renewal: 12-month plans automatically transfer to month-to-month plans after 12 months. You will continue to receive the VIP Plan discount and perks.
