We have two Camps available this year:

Karate Camp: Ages 7 to 12 years old. This camp is great for all skill levels and will include self-defense, and anti bullying training, in addition to traditional karate instruction, fitness, and flexibility training.

Jiu-Jitsu Camp: Ages 7 to 12 years old. This camp will teach Pedro Sauer Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and will include self defense from standing and from the ground. This is a perfect camp to teach confidence and the ability to protect yourself against a bully.
